Exercise isn’t Always Physical

Going to the gym or any form of exercise is important for your physical health and mental health as well. I wonder how well we do do with our spiritual health. I’m starting to see situations and circumstances as spiritual exercises I think it’s a tool used by the divine to get our core in shape. I think it’s all connected on a higher level that we don’t recognize immediately. The issues of life strengthen us it builds patients, endurance, faithfulness, and courage. I wonder if we see it as the exersise that builds us up on the inside. Maybe if we did it, it would take some of the sting out of the issues we hold on to way too tightly. Decide what groups of muscles you need to work out today…..it just might give you the peace you are searching for. ..
